Goalkick is a development program to introduce young boys and girls aged 5 (4 year olds are eligible as long as they are turning 5 during the season) to 7 to the game of soccer in a non-competitive and fun environment.

Goalkick is run on Sunday mornings for approximately an hour beginning in late April/early May and concluding late August/early September. Please see season timetable under Info for Members for this season's kick-off dates. Each session consists of skills development drills, followed by a small sided game where the players can "practice" the skills they learned during the skills session, and ending with goal kicking practice. Our director of coaching has developed a program to ensure that our youngest players learn fundamental soccer skills in a fun and encouraging environment.

Goalkick players are organised into teams of 10 each with a "team leader". We invite all GoalKick Mums and Dads to help out on game day w/the skills session and as team leaders during the small sided games. Both the club and your child will appreciate having you involved. No soccer experience is necessary. A "team leader" training night will be held at the club prior to the commencement of the season to acquaint our parent volunteers w/the rules of the small sided games.

For further information on our Goalkick program, please see our Goalkick FAQ below.
